มาตรา 927
- อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้นจะนำไปยื่นแก่ผู้จ่าย ณ ที่อยู่ของผู้จ่าย เพื่อให้รับรองเมื่อไร ๆ ก็ได้ จนกว่าจะถึงเวลากำหนดใช้เงิน และผู้ทรงจะเปนผู้ยื่น ฤๅเพียงแต่ผู้ที่ได้ตั๋วนั้นไว้ในมอืจะเปนผู้นำไปยื่นก็ได้

- Up to maturity, a bill of exchange may be presentedto the drawee for acceptance at the place where he resides, either by the holder or by a simple possessor.
