มาตรา 1034
- ถ้าได้ตกลงกันไว้ว่าการงารของห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นจักให้เปนไปตามเสียงข้างมากแห่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนไซร้ ท่านให้ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนหนึ่งมีเสียงเปนคะแนนหนึ่ง โดยไม่ต้องคำนึงถึงจำนวนที่ลงหุ้นด้วยมากฤๅน้อย

- If it is agreed that matters relating to the business of the partnership shall be decided by a majority of partners, each partner shall have one vote, irrespective of the amount of his contribution.
