มาตรา 1050
- การใด ๆ อันผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนใดคนหนึ่งได้จัดทำไปในทางที่เปนธรรมดาการค้าขายของห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้น ท่านว่าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนหมดทุกคนย่อมมีความผูกพันในการนั้น ๆ ด้วย และจะต้องรับผิดร่วมกันโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนในการชำระหนี้อันได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นเพราะจัดการไปเช่นนั้น

- All the partners are bound by the acts done by any of them in the ordinary course of the business of the partnership and are jointly and unlimitedly liable for the performance of the obligations incurred in such management.
