มาตรา 1051

• ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนซึ่งออกจากหุ้นส่วนไปแล้วยังคงต้องรับผิดในหนี้ซึ่งห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นก่อนที่ตนได้ออกจากหุ้นส่วนไป
