มาตรา 1052

• บุคคลผู้เข้าเปนหุ้นส่วนในห้างหุ้นส่วนย่อมต้องรับผิดในหนี้ใด ๆ ซึ่งห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นก่อนที่ตนเข้ามาเปนหุ้นส่วนด้วย
