มาตรา 1099
- หนังสือบริคณห์สนธินั้น ท่านให้ทำเปนต้นฉบับไว้ไม่น้อยกว่าสองฉบับ และให้ลงลายมือชื่อของบันดาผู้เริ่มก่อการ และลายมือชื่อทั้งปวงนั้นให้มีพยานลงชื่อรับรองด้วยสองคน
- หนังสือบริคณห์สนธิซึ่งได้ทำนั้น ท่านบังคับให้นำฉบับหนึ่งไปจดทะเบียน และมอบไว้ ณ หอทะเบียนในส่วนพระราชอาณาเขตซึ่งบ่งไว้ว่าจะบอกทะเบียนตั้งสำนักงารของบริษัทนั้น

- [I] The memorandum must be made in two original copies at least and signed by the promoters, and the signatures shall be certified by two witnesses.
- [II] One of the copies of the memorandum must be deposited and registered at the Registration Office of that part of the Kingdom in which the registered office of the company is declared to be situated.
