มาตรา 1204
- การบอกกล่าวว่าจะปันผลอย่างใด ๆ อันได้อนุญาตให้จ่ายนั้น ท่านให้โฆษณาในหนังสือพิมพ์แห่งท้องที่ฉบับหนึ่งสองครั้งเปนอย่างน้อย ฤๅมิฉะนั้นให้มีจดหมายบอกกล่าวไปยังตัวผู้ถือหุ้นบันดาปรากฏชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นจนทุกคน

- Notice of any dividend that may have been declared shall be either published twice at least in a local paper or given by letter to each shareholder whose name appears on the register of shareholders.
