มาตรา 1268
- ถ้าการชำระบาญชีนั้นยังคงทำอยู่โดยกาละกว่าปีหนึ่งขึ้นไป ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องเรียกประชุมใหญ่ในเวลาสิ้นปีทุกปีนับแต่เริ่มทำการชำระบาญชี และต้องทำรายงารยื่นที่ประชุมว่าได้จัดการไปอย่างไรบ้าง ทั้งแถลงให้ทราบความเปนไปแห่งบาญชีโดยลเอียด

- If the liquidation continues for more than one year, the liquidators must summon a general meeting at the end of each year from the beginning of the liquidation and must lay before this meeting a report of their activities and a detailed account of the situation.
