มาตรา 1272

• ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้อง
  • (๑) ห้างหุ้นส่านฤๅบริษัท
  • (๒) ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
  • (๓) ผู้ชำระบาญชีคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
• เมื่อพ้นเวลาสองปีนับแต่วันที่ได้จดทะเบียนการชำระบาญชีเสร็จ

• Actions against:
  • (1) The partnership or company,
  • (2) The partners or shareholders as such,
  • (3) The liquidators as such,
• cannot be entered later than two years after the registration of the end of the liquidation.
