  • ความเกี่ยวพันในระหว่างสมาคมกับบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายเปนผู้จัดการก็ดี กับบุคคลภายนอกก็ดี ท่านให้บังคับตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยตัวแทน
