มาตรา 1292
- สมาคมย่อมเลิกกันด้วยเหตุอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ถ้ามีข้อบังคับของสมาคมกำหนดไว้ให้เลิกในกรณีอันใด เมื่อมีกรณีอันนั้น
- (๒) ถ้าตั้งสมาคมขึ้นโดยมีกำหนดกาลอันใด เมื่อสิ้นกำหนดกาลอันนั้น
- (๓) ถ้าสมาคมได้ตั้งขึ้นเพื่อทำกิจการอันหนึ่งอันเดียว เมื่อการอันนั้นสำเร็จแล้ว
- (๔) เมื่อที่ประชุมใหญ่แห่งสมาคมได้ลงมติให้เลิก
- (๕) เมื่อสมาคมต้องล้มละลาย
- (๖) เมื่อศาลสั่งให้เลิก

- An association is dissolved:
- (1) In the cases, if any, provided by its regulations.
- (2) If formed for a definite period of time, by the expiration of such period.
- (3) If formed for a single undertaking, by the termination of such undertaking.
- (4) By a resolution to dissolve passed in a general meeting.
- (5) By the association becoming bankrupt.
- (6) By an order of the Court.
