มาตรา 16
- ถ้าเป็นพ้นวิสัยที่จะรู้วันเกิดของบุคคลผู้ใด ท่านให้นับอายุของบุคคลผู้นั้นตั้งแต่วันต้นแห่งปีประดิทินหลวงซึ่งเป็นปีที่บุคคลผู้นั้นเกิด

- If it is not possible to ascertain the date of birth of a person, his age is calculated from the first day of the official year during which such birth took place.
