มาตรา 56

• ถ้าเป็นการจำเป็นที่ตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไปจะต้องทำการอันใดอันหนึ่ง เกินขอบอำนาจที่ได้รับไว้ เมื่อขออนุญาตต่อศาลได้แล้ว จะทำการเช่นนั้นก็ได้
