- อันความประสงค์ของนีติบุคคลนั้น ย่อมแสดงปรากฏจากผู้แทนทั้งหลายของนีติบุคคลนั้น

- [I] The will of a juristic person is expressed through its organisms; these bind it as well through their juridical acts as otherwise.
