มาตรา 345

• หนี้รายใดเกิดแต่การอันมิชอบด้วยกฎหมายเป็นมูล ท่านห้ามมิให้ลูกหนี้ถือเอาประโยชน์แห่งหนี้รายนั้น เพื่อหักกลบลบหนี้กับเจ้าหนี้
