มาตรา 357

• คำเสนอใดเขาบอกปัดไปยังผู้เสนอก็ดี หรือมิได้สนองรับภายในเวลากำหนดดังกล่าวมาในมาตราทั้งสามก่อนนี้ก็ดี คำเสนอนั้นท่านว่าเป็นอันสิ้นความผูกพันแต่นั้นไป
