มาตรา 13
  • ถ้าจำนวนเงินหรือปริมาณในเอกสารแสดงไว้เป็นตัวอักษรหลายแห่ง หรือเป็นตัวเลขหลายแห่ง แต่ที่แสดงไว้หลายแห่งนั้นไม่ตรงกัน และมิอาจหยั่งทราบเจตนาอันแท้จริงได้ ให้ถือเอาจำนวนหรือปริมาณน้อยที่สุดเป็นประมาณ
