มาตรา 70
  • นิติบุคคลต้องมีผู้แทนคนหนึ่งหรือหลายคน ทั้งนี้ตามที่กฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ หรือตราสารจัดตั้งจะได้กำหนดไว้
  • ความประสงค์ของนิติบุคคลย่อมแสดงออกโดยผู้แทนของนิติบุคคล
