มาตรา 193/19
  • ในขณะที่อายุความจะครบกำหนดนั้น ถ้ามีเหตุสุดวิสัยมาขัดขวางมิให้เจ้าหนี้กระทำการตามมาตรา ๑๙๓/๑๔ ให้อายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบกำหนดจนกว่าจะพ้นสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่เหตุสุดวิสัยนั้นได้สิ้นสุดลง
