มาตรา 241
  • การที่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งปลดหนี้ให้แก่ลูกหนี้นั้น มากน้อยเท่าไรนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคนย่อมปลดหนี้ให้เท่านั้นด้วยเหมือนกัน
