มาตรา 249
  • เมื่ออายุความสะดุดหยุดลงให้โทษแก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งแล้ว การที่อายุความสะดุดหยุดลงนั้นย่อมให้โทษแก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
