มาตรา 430
  • ถ้าเจ้าหนี้อยู่ในฐานที่จะทวงถามให้ชำระหนี้มิได้จนกว่าจะได้บอกกล่าวแก่ลูกหนี้ก่อนไซร้ ท่านให้นับอายุความแต่เวลาแรกที่จะอาจส่งคำบอกกล่าวได้
