มาตรา 487
- อันราคาทรัพย์สินที่ขายนั้น จะกำหนดลงไว้ในสัญญาก็ได้ ฤๅจะปล่อยให้กำหนดกันด้วยวิธีอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังได้ตกลงกันไว้ในสัญญานั้นก็ได้ ฤๅจะกำหนดลงเด็ดขาดด้วยเจรจาว่าราคากันในระหว่างคู่สัญญาก็ได้
- ถ้าราคามิได้กำหนดเด็ดขาดอย่างใดดังว่ามานั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ซื้อจะต้องใช้ราคาตามสมควรแก่เหตุ

- [I] The price of the property sold may be fixed by the contract, or may be left to be fixed in manner thereby agreed, or may be determined by the course of dealing between the parties.
- [II] When the price is not determined as aforesaid, the buyer must pay a reasonable price.
