มาตรา 528

• ถ้าทรัพย์สินซึ่งให้นั้นมีค่าภาระติดพันอันหนึ่งอันใด และผู้รับละเลยเสียไม่ชำระค่าภาระติดพันอันนั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ให้ชอบที่จะเพิกถอนการให้นั้นเสียได้

• If the gift is encumbered with a charge and the donee fails to perform the charge, the donor is entitled to claim cancellation of the gift.
