มาตรา 809
- เมื่อตัวการมีประสงค์จะทราบความเปนไปของการที่ได้มอบหมายแก่ตัวแทนนั้นในเวลาใด ๆ ซึ่งสมควรแก่เหตุ ตัวแทนก็ต้องแจ้งให้ตัวการทราบ อนึ่งเมื่อการเป็นตัวแทนสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ตัวแทนต้องแถลงบัญชีด้วย

- If required by the principal, the agent must at all reasonable times give information as to the condition of the matters entrusted to him. He must render an account after the agency has come to an end.
