• ถ้าตัวแทนมีประสงค์ไซร้ ตัวการต้องจ่ายเงินทดรองให้แก่ตัวแทนตามจำนวนที่จำเปน เพื่อทำการอันมอบหมายแก่ตัวแทนนั้นให้สำเร็จไป
