มาตรา 831
- อันความระงับสิ้นไปแห่งสัญญาตัวแทนนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้น เปนข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอกผู้ทำการโดยสุจริต เว้นแต่บุคคลภายนอกหากไม่ทราบความนั้นเพราะความประมาทเลินเล่อของตนเอง

- The extinction of agency cannot be set up against a third person acting in good faith, unless the third person is ignorant of the fact through his own negligence.
