มาตรา 848
- ถ้าสัญญาอันจะได้ทำกันระวางคู่กรณีนั้นมิได้เกิดขึ้นเพราะนายหน้าจัดการสำเร็จไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่านายหน้าหาควรจะได้รับบำเหน็จค่านายหน้าไม่

- No remuneration is presumed to be due to the broker unless the intended contract concluded between the parties is the result of his services.
