มาตรา 859
  • คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดจะบอกเลิกสัญญาบาญชีเดิรสพัด และให้หักทอนบัญชีกันเสียในเวลาใด ๆ ก็ได้ ถ้าไม่มีอะไรปรากฏเปนข้อขัดกับที่กล่าวมานี้
