มาตรา 908
- อันว่าตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น คือหนังสือตราสารซึ่งบุคคลคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าผู้สั่งจ่าย สั่งบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าผู้จ่าย ให้ใช้เงินจำนวนหนึ่งแก่บุคคลคนหนึ่ง ฤๅให้ใช้ตามคำสั่งของบุคคลคนหนึ่งซึ่งเรียกว่าผู้รับเงิน
