มาตรา 909
- อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น พึงมีรายการดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) คำแถลงว่าเป็นตั๋วแลกเงิน
- (๒) คำสั่งอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขให้จ่ายเงินเปนจำนวนแน่นอน
- (๓) ชื่อ ฤๅยี่ห้อผู้จ่าย
- (๔) วันถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน
- (๕) สถานที่ใช้เงิน
- (๖) ชื่อ ฤๅญี่ห้อผู้รับเงิน ฤๅคำแถลงว่าให้ใช้เงินแก่ผู้ถือ
- (๗) วันและสถานที่ออกตั๋วเงิน
- (๘) ลายมือชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย

- A bill of exchange contains?:
- (1) A statement that it is a "bill of exchange";
- (2) An unconditional order to pay a sum certain in money;
- (3) The name or trade name of the drawee;
- (4) A day of maturity;
- (5) A statement of the place where the payment is to be made;
- (6) The name or trade name of the payee, or a statement that it is payable to bearer;
- (7) A statement of the date and place where the bill is issued;
- (8) The signature of the drawer.
