มาตรา 913
- อันวันถึงกำหนดของตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมเปนอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ในวันใดวันหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ ฤๅ
- (๒) เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่วันที่ลงในตั๋วนั้น ฤๅ
- (๓) เมื่อทวงถาม ฤๅเมื่อได้เห็น ฤๅ
- (๔) เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่ได้เห็น

- The maturity of the bill of exchange is :
- (1) On a fixed day, or
- (2) At the end of a fixed period after the date of the bill, or
- (3) On demand, or at sight, or
- (4) At the end of a fixed period after sight.
