มาตรา 1079
- อันห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดนั้น ถ้ายังมิได้จดทะเบียนอยู่ตราบใด ท่านให้ถือว่าเปนห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ ซึ่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทั้งหมดย่อมต้องรับผิดร่วมกันในบันดาหนี้ของห้างหุ้นส่วน โดยไม่มีจำกัดจำนวนจนกว่าจะได้จดทะเบียน

- Until registration a limited partnership is deemed an ordinary partnership in which all the partners are jointly and unlimitedly liable for all the obligations of the partnership.
