มาตรา 1093

• ถ้าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิดผู้ใดตาย ท่านว่าทายาทของผู้นั้นย่อมเข้าเปนหุ้นส่วนแทนที่ผู้ตาย เว้นแต่จะได้มีข้อสัญญากันไว้เปนอย่างอื่น
