มาตรา 1248
- เมื่อกล่าวถึงประชุมใหญ่ในหมวดนี้ ท่านหมายความดังต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ถ้าเกี่ยวกับห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนและห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ก็คือการประชุมหุ้นส่วน ทั้งปวงซึ่งอาศัยคะแนนเสียงข้างมากเปนใหญ่ในการวินิจฉัย
- (๒) ถ้าเกี่ยวกับบริษัทจำกัด คือการประชุมใหญ่ตามที่ได้บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๑๗๑

- When a general meeting is prescribed in this Chapter, it means:
- (1) As to registered partnerships and limited partnerships, a meeting of all the partners, in which a majority of votes decides.
- (2) As to limited companies, the general meeting provided by Section 1171.
