  • อันว่าสัญญาตั้งสมาคมนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลหลายคนตกลงเข้ากัน เพื่อทำการอันใดอันหนึ่งร่วมกัน อันมิใช่เปนการหาผลกำไรแบ่งปันกัน
