มาตรา 9
  • คำว่า "เหตุสุดวิสัย" หมายความว่าพฤติการใดๆ ซึ่งไม่อยู่ในอำนาจของบุคคล และบุคคลนั้นแม้จะได้ระมัดระวังดังจะพึงคาดหมายได้แต่วิญญูชนแล้ว ก็ไม่อาจก้าวล่วงเสียได้
