BOOK III ON SPECIFIC CONTRACTS. (April 1924)
- The following text of the Draft for the Book III of the "Civil and Commercial Code for the Kingdom of Siam" was reconstructed from the Documents in Vols. 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 86, 87, 88, and 89 of “The Archives of the History of Thai Codification”.

Section 1135.
- The payee is entitled to require the drawer to deliver to him the bill of exchange in a set consisting of several parts.

Section 1138.
- [I] เมื่อบุคคลผู้ใดได้รับรองตั๋วแลกเงินไว้กว่าส่วนหนึ่งขึ้นไป และส่วนอันได้รับรองไว้นั้น ตกไปในมือผู้ทรงโดยชื่อหลายคนด้วยกัน ท่านว่าบุคคลผู้นั้นจะต้องรับใช้เงินตามตั๋วนั้นทุกส่วนไปเสมือนว่าเปนตั๋วเงินต่างฉบับกันฉะนั้น]
- [II] บุคคลผู้ใดได้สลักหลังตั๋วแลกเงินหลายส่วนให้แก่บุคคลหลายคนด้วยกัน ท่านว่าบุคคลผู้สลักหลังเช่นนั้น จะต้องรับใช้เงินตามตั๋วนั้นทุกส่วนไป และบันดาผู้สลักหลังภายหลังบุคคลนั้นทุกคนก็จะต้องรับใช้ในส่วนที่ตนได้สลักหลัง เสมือนดังว่าส่วนทั้งหลายที่ว่านั้นเปนตั๋วเงินต่างฉบับกัน

Section 1139.
- ถ้าส่วนหนึ่งในสำรับแห่งตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ได้ใช้เงินแล้ว ส่วนอื่น ๆ ก็ย่อมหมดสิ้นราคาไป แต่กระนั้นก็ดี ถ้าผู้รับรองใช้เงินในส่วนหนึ่งโดยมิได้เรียกให้ส่งมอบส่วนซึ่งตนได้รับรองไว้นั้นคืนให้แก่ตน และส่วนนั้นมาถึงกำหนดใช้เงินเข้าในระหว่างที่ตกอยู่ในมือของผู้ทรงโดยชื่อคนหนึ่งคนใดไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้รับรองก็จะต้องรับใช้เงินให้แก่ผู้ทรงตั๋วเงินนั้น
