มาตรา 28
  • ถ้าจำนวนเงินฤๅปริมาณได้แสดงไว้เป็นตัวอักษรหลายแห่ง ฤๅตัวเลขหลายแห่ง แต่ที่แสดงไว้หลายแห่งนั้นไม่ตรงกัน และศาลมิอาจหยั่งทราบเจตนาอันแท้จริงได้ไซร้ ให้ฟังเอาจำนวนเงินฤๅปริมาณน้อยที่สุดเป็นประมาณ
