มาตรา 126
  • ผู้รับคำเสนอว่าจะทำสัญญายังมิทันได้สนองออกสินใช้ชำระให้ไปแต่ส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งก่อนดังนี้ จงสันนิษฐานว่าเป็นคำสนองรับตกลงกัน สัญญานั้นย่อมบริบูรณ์ในขณะเมื่อเริ่มส่งสินใช้บางส่วนนั้น
