มาตรา 225
  • หนี้รายใดมีเจ้าหนี้หรือลูกหนี้หลายคนด้วยกัน แต่ละคนล้วนมีสิทธิจะได้[รับ]ฤๅจะต้องชำระหนี้ด้วยกันจนสิ้นเชิง ท่านว่าหนี้รายนั้นเป็นหนี้ร่วมกัน
