  • เมื่ออายุความครบบริบูรณ์เป็นคุณแก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่ง อายุความนั้นย่อมครบบริบูรณ์เป็นคุณแก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
