มาตรา 273
  • ลูกหนี้มีข้อต่อสู้ผู้โอนในเวลาที่ได้รับบอกกล่าวฤๅในเวลาที่ได้ตกลงแก่การโอนนั้นฉันใด ลูกหนี้อาจยกขึ้นต่อสู้แก่ผู้รับโอนได้ฉันนั้น
