มาตรา 279
  • การโอนสิทธิเพื่อจะรับสินใช้ต่างตอบแทนกันนั้น ถ้าสิทธินี้ตกอยู่ในระหว่างความไซร้ ท่านว่าการโอนนั้นเป็นโมฆะ
