มาตรา 424
  • มูลหนี้อันใดมีบุคคลเดียวกันกลายมาเป็นทั้งเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้ในขณะเดียวกันไซร้ ท่านว่าหนี้นั้นเป็นอันระงับด้วยเกลื่อนกลืนหายกันไป
