มาตรา 490
  • ถ้าได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้ส่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายนั้นเวลาใด ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเวลาอันเดียวกันนั้นเองเปนเวลากำหนดใช้ราคา

  • If a time is fixed for the delivery of the property sold it is presumed that the same time is fixed for the payment of the price.
