มาตรา 495

• ถ้าในสัญญามีกำหนดเวลาไถ่เกินไปกว่าซึ่งกล่าวมาในมาตราก่อนไซร้ ท่านให้ลดลงมาเปนสิบปีและปีหนึ่งตามประเภททรัพย์

• If a longer period is provided in the contract, it shall be reduced to ten years and one year respectively.
