มาตรา 508
- เมื่อทรัพย์สินนั้น ได้ส่งมอบแก่ผู้ซื้อเพื่อให้ตรวจดูแล้ว การซื้อขายย่อมเปนอันบริบูรณ์ในกรณีต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ถ้าผู้ซื้อมิได้บอกกล่าวว่าไม่ยอมรับซื้อภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา ฤๅโดยคำบอกกล่าว ฤๅ
- (๒) ถ้าผู้ซื่อไม่ส่งทรัพย์สินคืนภายในเวลาดั่งกล่าวมานั้น ฤๅ
- (๓) ถ้าผู้ซื้อใช้ราคาทรัพย์สินนั้นสิ้นเชิง ฤๅแต่บางส่วน ฤๅ
- (๔) ถ้าผู้ซื้อจำหน่ายทรัพย์สิน ฤๅทำประการอื่นอย่างใดอันเปนปริยายว่ารับซื้อของนั้น

- When the property has been delivered to the buyer in order that he may examine it, the sale is complete in the following cases :
- (1) If the buyer does not notify his refusal within the time fixed by the contract or by the notification, or
- (2) If the buyer does not return the property within the time, or
- (3) If the buyer pays the price or part of it, or
- (4) If the buyer disposes of the property or does any other act from which acceptance may be implied.
