มาตรา 512
- ท่านห้ามมิให้ผู้ขายเข้าสู้ราคาเอง ฤๅใช้ให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดเข้าสู้ราคา เว้นแต่จะได้แถลงไว้โดยเฉภาะในคำโฆษนาบอกการทอดตลาดนั้นว่าผู้ขายถือสิทธิที่จะเข้าสู้ราคาด้วย

- The seller cannot bid or employ any person to bid, unless it is expressly stated in the advertisement of the auction that he has such right.
