มาตรา 517
- ถ้าเงินรายได้ในการทอดตลาดส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดค้างชำระอยู่ เพราะเหตุผู้ทอดตลาดละเลยไม่บังคับตามบทในมาตรา ๕๑๕ ฤๅมาตรา ๕๑๖ ไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ทอดตลาดจะต้องรับผิด

- The auctioneer is liable for any part of the proceeds of an auction which remains unpaid owing to his failure to enforce the provisions of Section 515 or 516.
